My first encounter with Yongcheol was when I started training at the gym for the first time. “Would you like to learn more about the machine?” It has been 6 years since I started to correct my posture and pointed out how to use my body. Careful and gentle training sometimes. It ’s really hard, but when you finish it, you have a sense of accomplishment and you feel even comfortable. I like dancing and learning hula and belly dancing. Recently, a hula teacher praised me as “a great calf muscle,” and I have a guts pose in my heart. Although it is detailed, continuation is power, I would like to continue training for further heights.

I felt that the feeling of the sole when walking was changed by the effect of the master stretch I received at the time of the experience. I have been training once every two weeks since then and I am indebted for more than three years. At that time, I finally ran 2km, but now I can receive 10km in about half a year as I receive personal training. The frequent trainers always check the physical condition and movement of the body, and then provide appropriate training. Recently, I feel that a little muscle training has become hard (laughs) Muscle pain gives me a sense of accomplishment. I think receiving personal training is an effective means of personal improvement.

At first I thought it would be good if I could keep my current weight and train my muscles. However, I received a variety of advice on posture, walking and breathing techniques accumulated in my daily life, and I was able to understand my body's habits and weaknesses. The combination of pilates, weights, physical training etc. is exquisite to improve it. I have been to go to school one year. The lower body was refreshing, and the stiff shoulders were also easier. I will continue to train happily from now on so that I can style up further!

I want to make a beautiful body line !! He understood my thoughts and thoughts of Zen and provided the training content that I had. I was happy to be able to exercise every time happily with the body changing little by little. You can feel comfortable and exercise in the studio.

Hidden obesity and middle age me also provided wonderful personalized training. I feel that I have become very healthy by interweaving stretch and pilates for unexplained back pain and arm pain.
