A shop that produces famous confection "River Steam" with more than a dozen branches in Niigata Prefecture. In addition to river steam, we also sell various Japanese sweets and Western sweets, all of which are of a higher level. We had strawberry tart, thick baked cheesecake, soft-boiled chocolate and dorayaki. Strawberry tart has a good sourness and sweetness of a large amount of strawberries, and the base part is also delicious. Baked cheesecake is a very thick cheesecake with a solid taste because it only claims a rich flavor. Soft-boiled chocolate is soft and light, and I think the price is cheap and the cost performance is good. The dorayaki is fluffy, and even the bean paste is fluffy, and its elegant sweetness is delicious. I like the thick and thick bean paste from other stores because of that, but I think this dorayaki is quite delicious.

I used it as a souvenir for the Bon Festival. There were "peach jelly" and "tomato daifuku" using seasonal fruits. There is also a cake for summer characters, and it has a lot of seasonal feeling.

There are seasonal seasonally-priced river steams that can be enjoyed seasonally. In addition to the usual grained bean paste, you can enjoy chestnuts in the fall, peaches in the spring, etc.
