This shop has freshly baked goods throughout the day. The best pastry I’ve tried here is the mango cream pastry. The pastry is full of mango n cream flavor n very flaky. Even a day after it’s baked, the pastry still maintain its flakiness. It cost ¥241. The seafood deli sandwiches are also tasty. There are 3 In a pack- smoked salmon w red onion, shrimp w potato salad n Tuna w Mayo all on a grain bread that also had black sesame seeds. This cost ¥500.

I ordered pancakes and asked them to remove the bananas. When they served me the bananas were still on the plate and the pancakes look like a Family Mart one (super flare), probably the Family Mart pancake tastes even better. And all of this for 1250 yen...

It was a nice surprise to find a bakery in Kyoto which was selling full grain bread! Excellent taste too.

I know Danish pastry and these ones are every bit as good as the ones in Denmark. The bread is excellent too. The shop is big but ever so hard to find in the enormous Kyoto Station.
