I'm glad that there are plenty of Negitoro! There are no common streaky parts and many toro parts are delicious! The rice is also vinegared and the balance of sourness is just right.
◯ Ara soup
The umami of the fish is condensed and the soup stock is thick! Fish fat is solidified on the surface and it is hot and GOOD!
Is the volume a little low? I thought, but I'm full enough!
