The clerk's friendliness was bad, his knowledge was shallow, and he was not bad at all, it was the worst. If I told that another store is near the destination or a place with high traffic convenience, I would answer immediately or check it immediately, but this store says, "I do not know if I do not check ...". End with. Then check? I thought, but it seemed that everything was going to be awkward, and it took an unusual amount of time to check the room availability. And the room I booked here before was a smoking room despite having told the clerk that it was a non-smoking room. I asked the hotel if it could be changed to a non-smoking room, but I could not change it because it was full. What did you go three months ago to make a reservation? Honestly, I did not want to pay even one sen for this store. Finally, please spend a nice time by fax to the hotel where you can stay at other stores. It was said, but there is no such consideration. Please. Although I do not say, I feel the difference between the other stores and the overwhelming service for anything from a response to a mistake. It is recommended to make a reservation at another store if you make a reservation for travel in Japan.
