Public parking lot closest to Shimizu Port. When using S-Pulse Dream Plaza, parking for up to 1 hour is free with the machine installed in the building. Furthermore, if you present a receipt of 3,000 yen or more in the hall at the information desk on the 1st floor of S-Pulse Dream Plaza, you can receive a 100-yen ticket (additional 2 hours when watching movies at MOVIX Shimizu does not apply). The flat area is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. The top part of the self-propelled three-tier area is for monthly contractors, but is open on weekends and holidays. The parking space per car and the hallway are relatively wide and easy to park. Not only when holding an event at Shimizu Port, but also on regular weekends, it may become full. During the home game of Shimizu S-Pulse, there are many people who park the car here and head to IAI Stadium Nihondaira by shuttle bus, so the turnover rate decreases during that time.
