Good but staff problem's
It was spacious and beautiful, and there were many free weights and machines, so I was able to train comfortably.
At Gold's Gym in Tokyo, racks and machines are close to each other due to space restrictions, but this is not the case here. It was very open and I could concentrate on training without worrying about my surroundings.
The store manager is also a good young man who is cheerful and willingly respond to training consultations and menus.
There was also a bath and a sauna, so I was able to refresh myself after exercising well, which was very good.
This is a franchise store whose parent is a medical corporation. Therefore, the level is high including hygiene.
The gold gym here is really great! I know only here ,,,,
First of all, the correspondence of all staff is perfect score, if there is something wrong as well as smile and speaking style, contact etc. is speedy and polite. And it's easy to talk. You can tell by pinpoint. I often watch the baths cleaned by the trainers (not just the training room)! I'm also glad that the drink that the trainer of Mukimki makes! (Two times not only the training room) It is a nice place to work as a Gold Gym staff if I'm young 20 years ago.
Is the equipment old?
It is relatively vacant and there is little waiting for equipment.
