It's a wonderful exhibit ❗ I was impressed by the Japanese sensibility.

An art museum specializing in Japanese ceramics since the Meiji era. The 4th floor is a special exhibition, and the 1st to 3rd floors are permanent. I have seen the Satsuma exhibition, but it was very good. The big ones on the first floor (Miyagawa Kayama or Fukagawa Seika etc.) and the old Noritake on the third floor are masterpieces. As I hate Noritake so much I change my recognition. As it is a new art museum, the facilities are also beautiful, and it is only a few minutes walk from the subway Shin-ei, and I always enjoy it in conjunction with the Yamazaki Mazak Museum of Art just outside Shin-ei Station. I would have been in the tea room.

An art museum where porcelain export goods exported abroad have been stored since the highly decorative Meiji Period. Very characteristic. Miyakawa Kayama and Noritake etc. I can feel the skill of technique. To be honest, it is not a favorite world, but since the way of expression is varied according to the pottery, it is something to match and I feel that Sumida yaki is good.

A fairly new museum that opened in 2017. The exhibits are mainly made from ceramics that were produced in the Meiji and Taisho eras and exported overseas, and are said to have been "homecoming". In fact, there are many works on display that are breathtaking at first glance, "This is amazing", and it is a content that can be enjoyed not only by those who are familiar with ceramics but also by those who are new to it. I thought it was a good spot that wouldn't hurt to go see it if you were interested in it.
