When purchasing a bicycle, they were very kind. The service is so good that even small details are frequently contacted and checked, so even beginners of sports bikes can go there without worrying about it. As of July 2020, the number of people entering the store is limited due to the new Corona support, so I think that you will have enough time to call once you call.
