At my home, Anpan, who is one of the three major bakeries in Gifu prefecture, along with Train Bleu and Pienu. From hard to viennoiserie, bread, croissants, tarts, quiniaman, brioche, all are delicious. The shop is not large but the customers came all the time. It's better to go early. Croissants are crisp and easy to eat buttery! Some of them, such as rusks and cream buns, will be served from inside even if they are not at the store
