A really lovely and homely cafe, with wonderful decor, just up road from the Ume rest stop and bridge. A great stop.

The pizza is crispy and the natural yeast bread is also delicious and delicious! It's a little difficult to understand in a place like ⁉︎, but it's about 5 minutes on the mountain road immediately after crossing the Utagenka Ohashi towards Miyazaki. It's next to "Ume no Sato Ceramics Studio", so don't hesitate to go to the signboard there.

A mysterious bakery in the mountains near Uta Genka Ohashi. It's about 5 minutes by car from Road Station Ume, so be sure to check it out!

Because it is a natural yeast pan, it doesn't bloated. Bread with a natural taste and crunchy.
