One day after being taken care of by repairs several times, I noticed that a strange noise was heard from the rear side, and when I saw it, the left rear bearing was damaged, so if it was a replacement, I got a part and replaced it. I tried to replace it with a studless tire that winter, but since only the bolt on the left back is hard and does not loosen, I can remove it with a machine if I bring it in, but there is a risk of damage, so it is said that the entire bolt should be replaced. I couldn't help it, so I had the parts replaced this time as well, but no matter how I thought about it, I hadn't removed the tires since the last bearing was damaged and I had an impact at the time of the previous replacement. Was it too tight with a wrench? I couldn't help but forgot about the repairs I made at my factory at that time, and I was usually charged for both, and since then I haven't been able to trust them. I thought I could make a complaint about that, but this time I saw a similar post and remembered it.

I asked to change the tires, but the in-out was reversed. After a while, I was pointed out by another car shop and went to fix it, but it was too long and I was charged a normal fee. It is said that it is free if you notice it in about 3 months. Certainly, there was something wrong after I recombined, so it was free to rebalance when I went to show. Actually, the in-out was different. It is difficult for an amateur to notice something that a professional makes a mistake and does not notice even if he checks again. Tires are safety-related parts, but I didn't apologize. It's a shame that I used it since I was in Kasamatsu Sports Park before the move. Addendum We received a reply from the owner. Well, this is a reply as if it did not explain anything, but I also explained the installation at your company, and after talking about the recheck immediately after the above installation, finally it is a free correction until forever. The confirmed answer was 3 months. Before the work was done, it was confirmed that it would cost money but it was good. You suspected you were lying. I don't scam because it costs only a few thousand yen. I also teach you a cell phone for contact, and you know your name and address from the car verification. It's very outrageous.
