The person in charge will contact you on XX days! I was told that I could deliver the car at any time without contacting me and receiving a phone call in the afternoon of the delivery day. It was said from before that the car could be delivered in the shortest two days, but I didn't expect to receive a call in the afternoon. I set the time on the phone, but I can't trust the business that can't keep my promise.
I had you lend me a substitute car, but the exterior was so dirty that I couldn't think I would lend it to the customer. When the wiper was moved, a lump of dust was formed on the right end as a trace of the wiper, and it turned black. The tire pressure is 240, but only 150 is included, and it seems that the customer is renting a substitute car without maintenance.
For this reason, we have reduced the number of stars by two.
The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere of the store is bright. It's completely different from the Kurume store I used to go to. It feels like we are flexibly responding to the diverse needs of our customers.
