It is a free parking lot 🅿️ on the right side just after passing the city hall entrance intersection on the prefectural road 128 (Kumaya Hanyu Line) and passing the city hall and the Industrial Culture Hall. It is the middle point of Mizuki Park. There is also a tourist information center and a toilet. It is a base for sightseeing in the city. It will be the base of the circular bus 🚌. For sightseeing in the distance, we recommend using the circular bus 🚌. We also rent bicycles for free. For details, see the tourist information center. Please take a look and refer to it.

I stopped by on the way back from the Gyoda City Museum. It may be a good parking lot for visiting historical sites in the city.
