I was able to enroll in the south this year.
Seniors, teachers and classmates are all very bright and kind. I am very happy to be enrolled 😊
All the teachers are not new teachers, so it's very easy to understand. What you don't understand
It will teach you politely and kindly!
I think the uniform is cute.
Envied by the schools around me
It's popular!
It is often said that the school building is old in the south
This year, the exterior is also under construction and is new.
Also, the toilet is new and very large.
In addition, all classrooms are air-conditioned
It's comfortable!
The training trip is an outdoor activity (extracurricular activity from last year) for the first grader
Second graders go to Kyoto Nara
The third grade is Kyushu (Okinawa from the first grade of this year)!
All the students in the south are kind and funny.
Every day is a fun life.
I'm really glad I was able to enroll!
The child was indebted.
There is an art department of middle and high school consistent education rare as a public high school.
The opportunity to experience the world's leading art was held.
It is a high school facing the world heritage Miho's Matsubara, and day-to-day study looking at the ocean seems exceptional.
It is a well-balanced and very well-balanced study house with the development of study, sports and humanity.
Those who graduated are considered to be active in the society with originality, including the president of a publishing company.
A high school that became a model for the movie "Luggerman of Matsuba Cane" starring Takuya Kimura.
I wonder if the facility is getting old. There is a large seaside ground. Currently it is a junior and senior high school. It became a small school with 4 classes in 1st grade. In the past, there were 8 classes in the 1st grade. I used to go to Hanazono more than 10 times at a prestigious rugby school, but in recent years I haven't participated in national competitions.
(About 40 years ago, rugby was invincible in the prefecture because there was a good rugby leader named Mr. Shirai. By the way, the model of the main character of "Rugby on crutches" is Mr. Shirai's child.)
The Culture Department has an orchestra club. It is a rare orchestra in high school.
I heard that there was a music teacher (Mr. Goto?) Who was particular about the school's founding period.
The school song is composed by Kozaburo Hirai and written by Ji Miyahiiragi. At school events (graduation ceremonies, etc.), school songs are sung with orchestral accompaniment.
There is no baseball club.
There used to be a rowing club, and I practiced in Orito Bay.
(A friend of the rowing club said that the rowing club is a strong school that ranks third in the prefecture every year, but I later learned that there are only three schools in the prefecture.)
There is an art department that is rare in public high schools. It is different from the recruitment of entrance examinations.
In Shimizu Ward, it is the second largest school after Shimizu Higashi, but it is a level that can not be entered without a certain deviation value, and there is a track record of going on to national public and famous private schools. It is a little inconvenient to go to school because it is located outside the center of Shimizu Ward.
Uniforms used to be school uniforms, but now they are blazer.
The school building is quite old, but it is a very good school for both teachers and students. I graduated this year. I am proud to be a graduate of Shimizu Minami High School. By the way, I am a former orchestra member 🎺 🎻 Also this year, the rugby club participated in the flower garden 🏈
Actual condition of Shimizu South High School
Evaluation of the entire school
I can't say good or bad. Depending on how you feel, I feel bad.
School environment (equipment, etc.)
As it is an ICT-designated school, facilities such as iPad, electronic blackboard, and speakers are good. However, the others are using old machines, so the printed letters and pictures are mostly painted black, and the toilet equipment is very bad and dirty. Please be prepared. There was no response to the toilet flowing backwards and the filth scattered. Despite the lack of funds, the peculiarity of making a mysterious bench in the courtyard, and even the stretcher is where the rust is severely broken.
The atmosphere of the whole school
It depends on the grade. There are people who are quiet and quiet, and there are people who yell at me even if there are people who are studying harder because they make fun of teachers and do not scold them. It is the same during class.
Not all of them are like that, but when I hit one of those classmates, the teacher, I'm going to enjoy six years of hell. It's also a very closed school, so it's easy to see that it's a shameful bullying that is hubbed, ignored, and indirectly harassed. Some students were violating portrait rights by taking their own photos and using them as image material. Even if this series of things happens, the school will not support you. On the contrary, I blame the fault on the bullied side. There are some school counselors out there, but if you ask them not to tell you what they've consulted, they'll always tell you.
Teacher atmosphere
Here too, there is a great deal of swing between good teachers, bad teachers, teachers with common sense, and teachers without common sense. A good teacher will take care of you until the end, but a bad teacher will only deal with students who sell themselves to you. And students who do not sell aphrodisiac are accused of being unreasonable when they are targeted. Further targeted students will not believe in the truth no matter how much they are scolded. I'm sorry to say that I'm not lying, but I can apologize. It may be common sense in society, and some people may not make noise with this kind of thing, but please think that such a school life will last for 6 years.
About special classes
It is becoming a little famous now that there is a lesson in Shimizu Minami School where you can learn about special musicals called “expression” and theatrical system, but it is only for junior high school students. If you want to go that way, we recommend going from a high school to a vocational school or from a junior high school that is not this school from the beginning.
Finally
This is my opinion only, but please accept it for reference only.
Anyway, if you survive for 6 years at this school, it will be a comfortable 6 years if you remember the 3 articles of "selling a teacher, sesame to all the grades, and joining the student council".
