Kyoto Teramachi-Matsubara Post Office

Great local post office. Had a number of packets to mail and the staff were great. Very fast and efficient, took no time at all, and spoke great English. Great for tourists as well as locals.

The people at the post office here are kind. Especially the store manager? Director? He is very friendly and I think it makes the whole post office feel good.

I think customer service is very important.
