Tiny rooms. No closet space in our room aside from a small wardrobe that could barely hold 2 jackets. Barely even any space to put down your suitcases without blocking the way. Bathroom door is just a thin folding door. Shower with tiny tub. Staff is friendly, but I am convinced they are actually robots (I found they lack the warmth you see everywhere else in Japanese service industry). Bed is small, but we found it comfortable. Windows are very drafty, but at least the air conditioning has a heating mode, so you don't have to freeze. Washing machines and driers are in the basement and work well, and you can buy laundry detergent. Washing, drying, and detergent in total cost about 500 yen. Recommend for the cheap price and good location, but don't expect a room that will feel like "home".

I had a good time staying here! The room was very clean, all facilities were well maintained, and the staff were also very polite and helpful. There is a quick accesss to a 7-eleven (through the elevator) in the ground floor that opens 24 hours! Perfect if you're craving for some snacks in the midnight 😊

Strategic location, near Train station, in front of hotel have ramen shop very delicious and cheap, very recommended to stay here.

If we had paid the prices we often see advertised it would not have been so bad. But they jacked the price up at the end of December to over $100/night for our stay due to the holidays. I understand supply and demand but this place is NOT worth that much. The rooms were small, the beds were hard, but the worst was the smell. It smelled like mildew at all times. The unit in the room was moldy. At certain times of the day we would have strong curry smells from the Indian restaurant. The only good things about this hotel were the location and the friendly staff. Overall if you can stat really cheap it *might* be worth it but definitely not worth staying during the inflated holiday times.
