I bought a property sold by this company The floor is terrible and the stairs are full of gaps.The outer wall also has a part hit with a nail (it floats because it does not stop on the pier below) The caulking was immediately cracked and it was a horrible property. In the photo, the caulking groundwork was not enough and was cut out. There was 30 cm in a large place.

The price is quite cheap. The quality is slightly better than amateur DIY. There is no problem if it is acceptable to some extent or if it can be repaired by oneself. Do you spend money or be satisfied with a one-time shopping?
