木津のパン屋のキッチン　sadacoro さん 全てのパンは、低温で12時間以上の長時間発酵のため、酵母が通常の半分以下。「酵母で健康を左右される」わたしのお腹が「美味しい❣️」と叫ぶパンたちです。 ヴィーガン パンもあります。 わざわざキッチンと言うのは、お料理部分が際立っているから。 わたしはサダコロさんのオカズ系がとにかく好きで、その場で作ってくださるサンドイッチ系は絶品です😋 ほうじ茶ラテは「お茶にうるさい」わたしの舌も満足。さすがサダコロさんレシピ😆 安定の定番パンから、 クリスマス前には、フランスの伝統菓子「パンデピス」や、 新年には、黒米がプチプチとして美味しい手作りのお餅と3日煮込んだアンコのおぜんざいなど、 色々と、サダコロさんに行かないと食べられない味があります。

A bakery with a delicious taste. I like sweets, so if I have anko and tart, I'll take them first. Discerning organic materials & how to make. We also display and introduce and support the products and agricultural products of our particular producers. The owner himself always studies and uses it to make bread. Many people comment that it is expensive, but if you want to eat sandwiches that are kind to your body and have crispy vegetables sandwiched between them, you can buy them at a reasonable price. A house for bread that the owner's dream has come true. We also hold workshops inviting instructors from time to time. The holidays are from Sunday to Wednesday, and the whole of August.

The bread made from the selected ingredients is very delicious. You can eat in at the shop, and drinks and soups are also recommended. Depending on the day, the bread may run out in the evening, so I often go there in the afternoon.
