I’ve been in Japan for three weeks. This hotel is by far the dirtiest room I’ve had yet. The bathroom is full of black mold. There are stains all over the walls from not being washed. I had to clean the entire room and sanitize before unpacking. Very disappointing. I wish I could upload pictures- this place is filthy. The Tokyo health authorities should be notified.

great experience. Staff was kind and welcoming. Room was clean and well kept. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. Shower accessories were provided. And it was located just outside of the busy places of town (just enough to be quiet outside), but still very close to the train station and just a few minutes walk from Ueno park and various restaurants and convenience stores. Vending machines for both drinks and beer are also located inside the hotel main entrance.

10 min. walk from Ueno Station. Like most Japanese room: small but enough for 2 persons. Price is reasonable that why we choose it.

Very clean, nice place to stay. Unfortunately, no coin laundry in the building but one is available 4 mins away. No kitchenette or microwave either unlike other nearby mystay
