At first, a polite and well-trained salesman asked me to move almost every year, but this move was canceled due to various reasons. In addition, I was thinking of asking me as soon as the situation was resolved, but as soon as I canceled it, I was billed for the cardboard fee and charged for collecting the cardboard. By the way, the collection cost is 3,000 yen despite the short distance from the company. No contact from a longtime salesperson. I am amazed at the response of returning my palm. I will never ask again. Many workers are good, but other workers are also with us. Basic things are commonplace everywhere, so I think it depends mostly on the correspondence between the sales people and the company.
