Very nice sports club with gym and pool facility. Subscription only for pool can also be done. Swimming lessons for beginner adults are scheduled in the morning and advanced self training time slots are in the evening. Tuesday closed.
Very kind staff with English speaking staff available. It's just a bit pricey for what they offer

In-body things are free.
The staff who did it was kind and polite.
The machine area is not crowded.
The machines are enriched.
There is a TV.
The bath is normal.
It was 41 degrees but not hot.
Shower room is small.
A bit far from the station.
Tama-Pla has only Konami and a major gym.

This is the first membership gym, so I didn't know anything, but the staff in charge gave me the guidance. The first floor is a lobby, and there is a changing room for men and women next to it. There was also a pool facility here, and it was a flow line that could go directly from the changing room to the pool. The second floor is a weight space, and the machines I placed were relatively new. In addition, it was the use on Sunday, but thinks that it was considerably vacant.
When you return, you will receive an explanation of the membership fee from the staff. The price plan is monthly, and I felt a little expensive.
