It is the terminal station of the Meitetsu-Toyokawa Line. It is the closest station to Toyokawa Inari, and Toyokawa Station on the JR Iida Line is nearby. From the station to Toyokawa Inari, it is a town in front of the gate, and it is crowded with first-time visitors on New Year's Day. A direct train to Nagoya is set up between this station, and two trains run mainly between Meitetsu Ichinomiya Station on the Nagoya Main Line per hour. However, this direct train operates after 9 am. The Toyokawa Line is a single track, but there are also trains that operate on a shuttle in addition to direct trains.
