Nemunosato Hotel & Resort

With 450 USD per night for 1 room, I got a nice roof view. Hotel is not bad, just feeling that the Goto travel is like a Goto trap for a moment

Really great stay in a remote, less touristy area of Japan. The facility was really nicely taken care of, contemporary, great service, great amenities. This is about 30-40 minutes from the Mikimoto Island. But honestly it's the natural area and Ise-Shima park that make this location amazing. Gorgeous views of the bay and the property for Nemu is huge. They offer sunset campfires on the beach, kayaking, golf, nighttime s'mores campfires, tons of yoga, and much more. I usually shy away from resorts but I have to say I was impressed by the options. The staff were very welcoming too. They even helped find a larger size pajama for my husband (who is not of Japanese physique!). The restaurant was okay. Food was good but not exceptional, but they had a nice breakfast spread. And decent coffee which is hard to find in Japanese accommodations. They also have a nighttime cash bar which is fun and cute. The room we had was nice - a premium deluxe room on the 4th floor. Very big, loved the bathroom, cozy, good amenities including a good sound system with bluetooth for our music. I have heard in other reviews that some rooms have a view of the parking lot so it's good to request a room with a view and higher up. The other perk of this place is that it shares property with Amanemu which is a luxury stay. We wanted to stay there but couldn't afford it BUT we did go there for an outstanding lunch! All in all Nemu was a great stay. I was pleasantly surprised by it and would recommend it to others!

We were able to come here for a much lesser price. They have 3 different hot springs; salty type, non salty one, and a white one. Wife had a good time and so did I, surrounded by nature and all. Some activities were closed but it may depend on the seasons.
