Mosaic Mall Kohoku

Good options in clothing. Hundred yen shop at 2nd floor is must explore.

Smaller mall that has the usual mall shops, including Kaldi Coffee, in which you can get a lot of imported food. Quite spacious and not so crowded in the daytime. There is a ferris wheel (big wheel) that you can ride, but not comparable in size to the one in Minato Mirai. Very close to Center Kita station.

Good selection of medium priced stores. Spacious parking.

Ferris Wheel and a lot of shops. You can see Fuji on a clear day from the top. Food court is also on the top floor, so technically you can take your Mosburger and eat it 250m up in the air. No food allowed though so you'll have to do a sneaky.

It's a decent mall.
