Dogenzaka Top Police Box

On the side of the police box, there is a signpost indicating that this is the starting point of Takisaka. Takisaka Road has been around since the Edo period. To get to the national government of Musashi Country, join this road at Takisaka, join the Koshu Highway, and head west to reach your destination (now Tokyo Fuchu). At present, from this road, via Shinsen, proceed along Awashima-dori, Akatsutsumi-dori, and Metropolitan Route 118 to reach Koshu Kaido at the intersection of Sengawa 2-chome (Takisakaue) in Chofu City. It seems that these roads almost correspond to the former Takisaka road.
