This station is reminds me of a Shinkansen station platform because of the distance between the doors on the platform and the train door is very far away compare to regular stations (excluding Shinkansen). I believe the reason why it is like this is that express/ semi-express trains pass at a high speed. For people who like seeing trains at a high speed at a low cost, I think this is a fun station to visit. Also, 5 car-long trains (direct service trains through/ from Oimachi Line) stop (only in the morning/ night time) at this station so please be careful where you will be when that train comes.
