Mainly an office building with a few restaurants of average quality. The best part of it is the large supermarket at the basement.

Been here 3-4 times, always reasonable and good. Don't know if there's an English menu, but it's a little difficult to understand in Japanese too. One important thing to note is that you can get a set of grilled fish, rice, and miso soup starting from about 1000 yen depending on the type of fish -- they are all good but traditionally salted or fermented, not fresh. There are many other small dishes too like a regular izakaya. Good sake selection! But if you don't drink alcohol, your only choice is tea! Be careful -- last order for food is 9:30.
