If you are a fan of Yumeji, this should be a place you should visit at least once. 1600 yen gets you a pass to the main building featuring collections of Yumeji as well as a live music box demo and some artifacts he himself or people in the era used to use. Located in a very tranquil part of the town. It may be challenging if you don't know the language.

Located at the entrance of Ikaho Onsen Town, many works are exhibited in a chic building. Although it is not directly related to Yumeji, there are several large classical music boxes that are played regularly, and you can enjoy their tones. The Kurofuneya's warehouse is for a limited time, so those who want to visit must make a reservation during that period. There is also a soba restaurant and coffee shop on the premises, where you can have a short meal or a break. The admission fee is a little high, but I think it's a facility that even people other than those who are interested in Yumeji can enjoy.

For Yumeji FANs !! this museum is magnificent !! every year they exhibit the famous painting KUROFUNE-YA (the lady with the black cat) from September 10 to 23. ATTENTION you must book in advance on the internet. The painting on silk is kept in a safe room, it can only be seen privately. The staff put on classical music and open the sheet music so that we can admire this painting for a few minutes. Moment of emotion guaranteed! The museum shop is very nice, you can buy several items at a reasonable price. There is a direct Shinjuku bus with a stop in front of the museum.

The old Western-style building where you can feel the world of Yumeji is wonderful. In the exhibition room, Yoimachigusa flows small, and it is a little sad that the atmosphere is full again. The exhibited works are also worth seeing
