Because it's new, it's clean and air-conditioned. There are books, magazines, newspapers, and children's toys, so you can spend time inside. The washing machine costs 11 kg 400 yen, 14 kg 500 yen, 20 kg 800 yen, and 28 kg 1000 yen. The dryer costs 100 yen for 16 kg for 10 minutes and 30 kg for 100 yen for 8 minutes. The washer / dryer costs 15 kg for 1200 yen and 72 minutes. There is also a shoe washer / dryer. I came to wash and dry the duvet, but the semi-double comforter couldn't dry in 72 minutes, and it took 400 yen and 32 minutes for additional drying. The single comforter was mostly dried with the washer / dryer, but I added 100 yen for 8 minutes just in case.

It's just new and beautiful. There are desks where kindergartens and preschoolers can sit and play.
