Been going to this gym for a couple years and personally I really love it. The staff is friendly, and there's a very warm atmosphere among the customers who are very welcoming to new members, even foreigners.
It has many of the limitations of Japanese franchise gyms...not open 24 hours, closed one day a week, etc. Also while it has some good weight lifting equipment, it's not as decked-out as something like Golds Gym.
Nonetheless, the people are super friendly and overall it's better than any of the other gyms in the immediate area (I've joined them all).
Small gym with limited machines. Not sure why it is closed every Tuesday. Why not get more staff to cover the full week and be open every day?

I went for the purpose of swimming pool, but if I skipped the walking course, there were only 4 lanes, and since I used 3 lanes in the children's swimming class, I could only use 1 lane.
How about using 3 lanes at a kids school for anything?
During that time, only one lane can be used, so it is very cramped.
Honestly, I think Miyamaedaira's tipness is better for the pool.
Due to the structure I made, it may be difficult to expand it any further, but it was a little overkill.
There is a feeling of calm in a relaxed atmosphere.
A few years ago, I went there when I was a member of the two stores. Since the bath is small and there is a lot of traffic jams waiting for the washroom after the evening, I moved to another club O where the bath is big. It seems that the parking lot is now completely charged.
