Fantastic little coffee shop. Perfect in the winter to warm up and recharge. Great coffee and hot choc with Otorii pattern

Very nice and small place. They serve good coffee in nice old fashioned cups not like the Starbucks paper cups. Service is excellent and they have English menu. Too bad such lovely shops suffer from Starbucks presence.

"Oooooo, Miyajima now has a Starbucks! I wonder if it's the same as back home?" Fuggedaboutit! You've made the effort and come all this way, so why not stop at a locally-owned and run coffee shop instead? Miyaji is a small but comfortable venue with friendly service, good coffee and sandwiches, offering a welcoming place to take a break after exiting Itsukujima Shrine.

A lovely cafe with a nice collection of ceramics and souvenirs on display. Delicious hot chocolate and cookies highly recommended when it's cold! Great staff too.
