Since it's a neighborhood, I often use it for things that can only be done at convenience stores, and when I buy something that is only available at 7-Eleven stores, but the customer service is not good. In the daytime, it's about "not polite", but late-night O-san is over. I think he's the owner because he's in the middle of the night, but he doesn't show up at all until he chooses an item and stands in front of the cash register. Even if it comes out, it silently launches the cash register without "Welcome", and the minimum speech is mechanical and the voice is quiet. If that is the owner, I think it is natural that other clerk cannot be educated. I think there are various reasons why the customer service attitude got worse, but if you don't like it, why don't you quit? The attitude of the customers who buy the products is rude. I think there is a big hospital nearby and there are not a few customers, but I was surprised at the quality of the customer service. I can only think that my job is not suitable.
