I brought the vehicle at the reserved time for recall repair. The repair time is 2 hours. It's a hot summer outside, so it's two hours waiting inside. The clerk doesn't say anything. Even after 10 or 20 minutes, nothing is said. There was a report that the repair was finished when 30 minutes passed. I brought in the vehicle so that it would not be late for the reservation time, but there is no explanation in advance if the repair time is exceeded. The store has been refurbished and has become very beautiful, but the contents of the employees have not changed. I felt that it might be necessary to renovate the people who are in the position of instructing company policies and employees. We look forward to future improvements.
