Waiting on customers is not good! When the invoice is created, the customer is inexperienced because he is unfamiliar with the input, but he is in front of his eyes. I don't even know when it takes time to input! I was disgusted with the attitude of teaching me as if I was saying it. If Tamana's Yamato seems to be unfamiliar, an employee would enter it! It lacks kindness... I didn't think the attitude was so different at the sales office.

Baggage weight limit up to 30kg. If it exceeds, it will not tell you how many kg it is. It doesn't tell me the weight restrictions of other companies. It doesn't help me carry my luggage.
