応接係の人は失礼 Beautiful clinic with really nice doctors, but the front desk staff is absolutely intolerable of foreigners. My Japanese is at conversational level and I had been seen here many times. It was when I asked about getting on the pill that they asked me to bring a Japanese speaker with me. Embarrassing! I understand why, but I’m not going to bring my father or friend in to talk about my personal matters. Some time later, I requested an appointment because I needed antibiotics. They refused me an appointment unless I brought a Japanese speaker. I explained that it was more of a follow up appointment, not about the pill which required a Japanese speaker. I never had a problem communicating but they still refused me even though I explained to them that they were mistaken. The other times I had gone, the front desk staff was also extremely rude. It’s a shame because it’s such a convenient location and I love the photos of Audrey Hepburn they decorate with. The clinic itself is lovely, but the rude front desk staff is incompetent enough to make me despise the whole place.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Very UNPROFESSIONAL clinic. Did not even do the effort of explaining what I was being prescribed despite it being crucial. Very DISAPPOINTED.

It's usually a good place. It's beautiful, fast and on time! The teacher doesn't interfere too much, so it's easy. The name isn't called out loud, it's just about identity verification. Do people who write bad reviews care too much? It's as normal as I think. However, it's hard to know the location personally, so it's here from the outside! !! ?? That's about it. There are no noticeable signs along the road ...

不安で来てるのに診察を受ければ医者から非常に高圧的な態度で不安を煽られます。 ハッキリ言って最低です。 口コミを見てから行けば良かったとこれほど後悔したことはありません。 低評価の口コミ通りです。 仮に無料だとしても二度と行きません。

電話受付の対応が最悪です。 HPに記載されている時間内に電話して予約を取ろうとしたところ、「時間外で」と言われました。 HPに記載されている時間と違うと言ったら、「日によって変わりますので」と言われ、謝罪もなし。 そもそも日によって受付時間が変わるなら、記載するのが筋では？
