Came here for LASIK. Took 2 weeks from first appointment to the operation. So far I am satisfied with the LASIK result. The clinic fully supports non-japanese speakers and everything went smoothly.

I went to this clinic because their website says they are foreigners friendly but none of they staffs speak english, none at the reception and none at the examination room, the staff who examined me was rude, impatient, she acted like my presence was a inconvenient for her , maybe she doesn’t like her job, maybe she doesn’t like foreigners, I think she doesn’t like both. I never been so mistreated in a clinic/hospital in my life, never in japan or any other country. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, it was a complete waste of time, money and patience. I’m not even sure if my prescription is right because my presence was bothering the person who examined me, now i have to pay to do all the exams again some place else. So save yourself from the worst experience in a clinic in japan, go some place else!

I found this clinic in Tokyo and I decide to go because its English Speaker. The doctor was good, even with short time for consultation. She found a infection in my eye. The problem was when I got the blood test, the nurse was too rude, almost took my arms instead of the blood. My arm was bleeding so hard after the needle and after 6 hours I got a big hematoma. I think she was on the rush or just don't know how to do it well...Just be careful when you take blood test.

I had LASIK here. While the surgery itself went well, the staff is rude and the doctors very arrogant. In one of the consults with the doctor, I was telling him that, although I see properly during the day, at night one of my eyes vision is blurred. Although I was very concerned and worried, he kept saying “Don’t worry, the surgery was a success!” and kept smiling at me. It sounded like: “we did our job, now you are on your own and we don’t care! :D” Since they seem not to understand the “doctor-patient” language, maybe a Google review with one star that everyone can read will make them reconsider their quality levels. Oh, and by the way, don’t do LASIK here; just find a place where they are nicer to their patients.

They do not know basics. Save your time, money and health. It is dangerous to go here.
