Coming here after experiencing the busy streets of Tokyo is a blessing. Peoples are nice, food is good and nature is wonderful. Your body and mind will slow down like never before, and in a good way.

It is expensive to visit, 24 hours by boat, but it is well worth it. You can watch sperm whales in summer and humpback whales in winter (you can't swim together). A rare place where you can swim with wild dolphins alongside Mikurajima. The nature is beautiful and the starry sky is wonderful.
