If you ever consider to make a purchase there please do yourself a favor to leave immediately and find a another store. The short hair Japanese casher who works at L2 today was extremely rude. She could be the most uneducated person I could ever met in my life. Mumblling in Japanese and rolling her eyes constantly. We are there as a customer not to be judged.

在結帳的時候被偷刷兩樣約3000日幣的東西. 在藥妝店買東西真的要特別注意. 會看我們是觀光客也很難回去處理就亂來. 重點是要細心檢查帳單明細才不會被騙. 我買了22 樣, 明細卻寫24樣.. This place is a scam. I ended up paying for two items that I had no idea what they were and they cost about 3000 JPY. (I later googled the extra items on the receipt and found one to be a 2500 JPY worth of powder foundation, which I'm sure I didn't grab anything like that) I was in Japan on vacation so I bought way too many things. I counted 22 items when I got home but my receipt shows 24. Now that I think of it, when I was paying, I was distracted by another sales person who kept talking to me so I wasn't paying attention to the person who was scanning my items. When I got home and unpacked the big bag of tax-free items (you're not supposed to open the tax free bags until you get back to your home country), that's when I found out that the rumor is true, you have to be really careful when they are scanning your items at the register cus they will most likely try to rip you off since you are only a tourist and highly unlikely to have the chance to go back there or do anything. I ended up not saving anything on tax-free and paid even more than I should have because I was ripped-off. You really have to count what you put in your basket and double check the receipt on the spot. Lesson learned. I really wish this isn't the case because I used to love traveling to Japan, now I will have to think twice about going.

Small but has many things I needed

Staff can be pretty rude. The shop is also infested with Chinese tourists - though it's difficult to find a Matsukiyo that isn't.

Worst!! Buying 2 items in ¥1.080 so the total should be ¥2.160 but the cashier charge another Item in ¥2.680. In case of running out of time so just paid the total ¥4.840 that he told me and going back. Give it back my ¥2.680!!
