The first thing I could say was a great response.
I asked for inspection and maintenance of a car that I bought at another store and inherited from Mercedes Care.
This is my first visit.
I was worried about the sound of the brakes, and I showed it to another Yanase Benz a week ago, but I ran it for a while and I could not do anything without problems. I was worried about it, and when I got this store to see it, I changed the brake pads and discs at Melcare.

We used in after-sales service, but the level is low enough to be surprised. (I think it's really professional.) Again, the response to customers who purchased at different Yanase stores is terrible.
(The salesman and the front girl were ridiculously humorous in the way the regulars seem to be uncles.)
