This place has the sport room for children, but it doesn't have a pool.

If you are a Tama citizen, you can use it cheaply. The training room changes every 3 hours. It can be used for up to 3 hours from 9:00 to 12:00, 12:00 to 15:00, 15:00 to 18:00, and 18:00 to 21:00. It is convenient because there is a parking lot and a shower.

The gymnasium was established more than 30 years ago and has been in use for over 30 years since its opening. There was a major renovation once between 2012 and 2013, during which time it could not be used. It mainly focuses on repair work for leaks and earthquakes, and there is no saying that another house has been added. Here, the fifth sports ground is a training room. Unlike others, you can enter anytime from 9 o'clock to night. More than three hours will require re-entry, but no one will be in the training room for more than three hours. The training room has been renovated five times in the last 30 years. There was nothing at first, but training equipment was introduced, and it was renewed when the gym relocated from gymnasium management to another company management in 2013. However, after the renovation, it is hard to like even if it is old. If it breaks, it just disappears. Recently, the number of bicycles has changed from three to two. Others are getting ragged. Citizens can't complain because they cost 200 yen (in the past, 100 yen). (400 yen outside the city) From the fifth training room, you can go to the running course installed around the second gymnasium. To use this course, you must enter the training room. The course is halfway at 110m, but the only running courses in Tokyo are Shibasaki Gymnasium, Tachikawa Gymnasium, Hachioji Gymnasium and Inagi Gymnasium. (The newest is Shibasaki, but it can not be used if there is an event) In the past, the course direction used to be clockwise on the inside and clockwise on the outside in the past, but it seems that either of them can be managed by another company. However, since the old people are always clockwise counterclockwise, in effect, it can be assumed that the direction here is determined inside and outside. The training equipment is fairly substantial and I do not know Inagi, but I think it is newer than Hachioji and Shibasaki. (The equipment is too old in Hachioji, and the space is too small in Shibasaki) There is a changing room on the 1st floor. Everywhere you return when you put in 100 yen, the lockers are too broken here. There are too few lockers to use. Shower rooms (five) have photovoltaic power generation, so the hot water will vary from shower to shower. When you press the button, it takes about 10 seconds, so when it stops, press it again. The largest room in the changing room is Shibasaki. Really wide. (I don't know Inagi) They sell a variety of sports equipment and supplements, but Amazon and others sell for about half the price. (There are discounts, but still expensive) The other is the Kyudo ground. There are tatami rooms used for Aikido and Judo, but I haven't seen them lasting too long. I don't want to say much, but Aikido in Tama City is a martial art and smokes outside, so the level is low and I can't recommend it. There is also a table tennis field. Children use it well. There is a restaurant called Fight as a restaurant. Delicious, but I haven't seen it crowded so I can eat comfortably. There are two parking lots, but be careful as you can only put about 50 cars in total.
