The staff (coach) are really doing well and creating a fun atmosphere. It's been about 5 months for the first time, but I'm glad I was able to get a little tighter and exercise habits. As it is a course of 30 minutes a day, I think that it is good to get in touch even if you are not used to exercise. There are many users in their 60s to 80s, and some are talking about them, but many are concentrating on their own training alone. The coaches remember the names of the users, and when they look at the face they hear bright voices, so there is no problem joining one person. I am glad to be able to go at your own pace several times a week or even once a month.
