Good place for training
As it is a municipal gym, the scale is reasonable, but since there are a lot of machines, full-scale training is also possible.
In addition, the stretch area is so large that you can do self-weight training.
The usage fee is as low as 200 yen, so I often use it for simple training.
The problem is that the locker room is a little old.
In the morning, it was raining and the Ome Marathon was held as scheduled. It was raining just before the start of 30km. I did not go to the venue, but watched it from a TV broadcast. I'm Hoki Sawa, a former special football starter. Naoko Takahashi also supported us. The athletes were Tokyo Olympic marathon runner Honan Maeda and Saitama Pref.
