Its alright but not too much variety. Only 1 bench, only 1 smith machine.
Edit: They have begun cleaning the bars properly, and now I would consider this an average anytime fitness, but maybe a little small.
They don’t clean or maintain the equipment. Due to that the barbells and weights are all rusted out, making it harder and MORE DANGEROUS to stack your weights. I need to clean them MYSELF once a week because it is nearly impossible to stack them.
You need to be maintaining your equipment regularly! This is a safety issue.
New gym, but small and over-crowded. Gym staff told me I couldn’t jump in the gym! I guess there’s a first for everything. I recommend the Shinjuku branches, where I’ve never gotten such grief and always left satisfied with my workout and the service.
Good place; clean, a variety of equipment, open 24/7 reasonable price. A little small, so crowded at busy times (6pm-10pm)
A normal gym open 24/7 in this area/station, the charges as o Dec 2018 are about 8000 JPY a month plus a charge for the key when you're paying for the first time.
