Expensive but one of the best slice of bread that I've ever tried. Fluffy, flavorful and oh so yummy. Microwave the bread the next morning for maximum fluffiness!

OMG the bread. SO GOOD. I took it home and ate it a week later toasted and it was still delicious. I mean buttery bread flavored matcha, red bean, and brown sugar swirled together can't be bad, right? It's pricey though. I mean, $15USD for a loaf of bread seems like a lot. But, if you think of it as buying a bunch of croissants (it's almost as buttery), it's not so bad. Also, it's packaged beautifully.

It is a cafe with a calm atmosphere on the 2nd floor of Grand Marble Gion store. We visited around 12:30 on a holiday, but we were the only customers. Table seats and tatami seats were also prepared in the store, and various works were exhibited. Waguri's Mont Blanc toast was on sale as a limited-time menu, but first I had a normal one and a French toast (with honey and vanilla ice cream). It was easy to eat because it was cut from the beginning, and the French toast of Danish pastry was the best ☻ I would like to visit again.

はじめてこちらのお店伺いました。 以前から気になっていました。 近くへ来たので、「和栗のデニッシュ」を購入しました。モンブラン好きの私には、和栗の〜っていう名前が気になってしまいました。 軽くトーストするのをおすすめされましたので、そのままと焼いたもの両方食べました。 店員さんのおすすめ通り、焼いた方がキャラメルの風味も感じ、軽い感じになりとても美味しかったです。 京都駅にもお店ありますが、夕方伺いましたが、こちらはさほど混んでいませんでした。 色んな種類がありますので、次回は違う味に挑戦してみたいです。
