I think it is the best environment for both beginners and professionals. There is also a monthly fee system and a personal one-on-one system, so you can consult about the schedule and practice content according to your purpose. The trainers are also specialists. Karate Japan Champ, Boxing Japan Champ, Kickboxing World Champ / Japan Champ and a lot of players are involved. And, rare in the center of Tokyo, full-size rings are equipped for full-scale training.
