I was told to issue a coupon by machine when I was asked if I could use the coupon. Issue a ticket and go to the cash register again. I was told that there was no handling. That's why I heard that ... I was told that I could use it again at other stores, but I couldn't use it because the ticket was already issued. It was a disappointing customer service.

The male clerk in glasses does not respond well. Although I was waiting with a T-point card at the time of payment, I did not confirm the presentation, so I asked from this point that I could not get T-point because the payment was over. Does any Famima have a T point card? You ask?
