A soba and liquor store right next to Hongo Station on the subway, which seems to have recently moved to Fujigaoka, but I used it on a weekday night. The inside of the store has 5 seats on the bar counter and 3 tables, and the upper floor seems to be a reserved space, a visit around 20:00 on weekdays, and 3 guests.
The menu includes various types of soba, including zaru soba, pizza, curry, ochazuke, tempura, fried chicken, and various other snacks.
First, I ordered carrot lape with tomato natto and Japanese eggplant tempura, and the carrot lape was a carrot lape with a menu name of "I have a caramel lape with caramel lape". The columno cho, which has the same strong presence as the carrot, which has a firm texture, is also good.
The Japanese style of tomato natto is difficult to understand for the purpose I saw, but the tomato is in the sticky rice and the sourness of this tomato matches the natto quite easily. This is a good snack.
The long eggplant tempura has a menu name of `` long eggplant that you will definitely want to shoot '', the one that came out is a very long eggplant, a visual that you definitely want to shoot, the taste is not eggy and the sweetness is firmly eggplant It is also fried very well and is very delicious.
I ordered an additional fried chicken, and this fried chicken is a specialty of this shop, so it is a fresh and soba shop that melts wasabi into soba tsuyu and eats it. Although it is fried and juicy, it is also quite common as a fried chicken, but if you add it to this wasabi soba tsuyu, you can have a fresh aftertaste without leaving the weight of the fat behind, the kore is also delicious .
I had zaru soba for the shime. The taste of the buckwheat noodles and the sweet tsuyu which are firmly solid are also very tasty, and all of the ones I ordered this time were delicious without any loss and were very satisfying.
This time was the first time, so I had ordinary zaru soba, but there were various worries such as Italian tsukesoba and Hatcho miso tsukesoba, so I would like to have that side if I have the next opportunity ,Thank you for the meal.
Soba itself is not particularly delicious, but it is a passing grade.
I think that I will go again because the wings are quite delicious in the picking.
Today is a private party for birthday party.
"Edge" in the basement under the hideout.
It is located in a residential area, and the entrance to the basement brings forth the atmosphere of the hiding house bar.
A small door burning a little when descending the stairs ...
The inside of the store is unexpectedly wide.
It is reserved, so it seems to be wider.
Table seat at the counter.
On the mezzanine floor where I went up the stairs was a sofa seat.
First of all it is a ceremonial pouring non-alcoholic champagne at the champagne tower.
Three appetizers, salad, fish dish, meat dish, soba, dessert.
There were plenty more dishes coming out.
The sofa seat on the mezzanine becomes the VIP seat, the table is filled with dishes.
A little dark table on the table is too lively and I do not know well w
The Grand Menu was a shop with lots of fun food.
The soba that comes out at the end was very delicious.
There was Kosi and it was very tasty.
There was a surprise playing by the staff 's trombone in the final stage.
It was a shop that I wanted to come back again at the next time at normal times.
It was delicious.
Thank you for the meal.
It's delicious ❗
