I just remember that the attitude of the petite female staff member Yamamoto was terrible. I left the membership many years ago, so I don't know if I'm still there. The other staff were good.

Generally satisfied, cost-effective. There are also members who say that the sauna alone can be used as a source. Five stars if you can build a bench with free weights. Is it difficult from a safety point of view?

I thought that I wanted to go through the studio lesson mainly and went to experience. Facilities such as lockers and shower rooms are new and beautiful. The essential studio lesson is a style to write a name from the hour before the start time of the lesson to the reception list, so if you want to definitely participate in the lesson, you have to arrive 1 hour in advance. Also, for example, if you want to take lessons in an hour in rapid succession, reception of the next lesson begins during the lesson, so it's a little lucky. (I said that only a few specific lessons that will be overpaid by popularity, but ☆) Although I took yoga in the experience, it might be a little unsatisfactory for those who have some degree of yoga because they are very loose - like movements that even beginners can enjoy. The lesson itself was a bright and good atmosphere for instructors (^ ^) It may be exactly right if you participate in a lesson in the machine training main.
