It was a Sunday afternoon, but it was like a personal gym with only two people on the floor. In addition, the spa is substantial, and if you book a massage, you can enjoy and refresh like a spa. The massage is called Esalen massage, which is different from ordinary massage, but I was unconscious from the middle of it. I think you should give it a try.
I don't scoop people and I like the calm space. I like bath and mist sauna the most.
